摘　　要：本文分析了目前国内招商引资中出现的问题,提出了综合考虑投资环境和招商要求的工业园区绿色招商及其评价指标体系,给出了相应的评价方法,同时对苏州工业园区的绿色招商水平作了具体评价。The problems embedded in investment-recruitment in China are analyzed in details. It is suggested thatgreening investment-recruitment should be necessary and an indicator system is developed to characterize its connotationin an industrial park. Such a system should include two aspects, that is, well planned investment environment and entryrequirements in terms of environmental factors such as energy use. A fuzzy methodology is provided to evaluate thelevel of greening investment-recruitment in Suzhou-Singapore Industrial Park (SSIP).
