摘　　要：论述了当前我国医院产权制度改革的时代特征,表明企业医院及部分政府举办医院“改制”是我国经济转型期卫生资源宏观调控的必然产物,是大势所趋。简述了医院产权制度改革的实现方式以及在当前医院产权制度改革中应思考的几个问题。This paper describes the era's characteristics of reforming the Chinese hospital property system at present and indicates that “reformingthe system” of the Chinese enterprise-affiliated hospital as well as some government's hospitals is an inevitable outcome and irresistible trend resulting frommacro-control of hygiene resources by the government during economic conversion period in china. It also gives the general description in respect of somepracticable modes for the hospital property system reform and points out issues to which attention should be paid during the process of such reform at present.
