摘　　要：介绍现代企业的财务治理制度,探讨如何借鉴现代企业的财务治理制度,建立适合我国国情的现代医院财务制度的若干策略,以及在这一过程中需要解决的主要问题。The paper discussed how to draw lessons from financial governance rule of modern enterprise by introduced modern enterprise financialgovernance system, how to set up the tactics of the financial rule of modern hospital which suiting our country's national conditions, and the subject matterwhich need to be solved during the course.
