摘 要: 本文利用3个旱作春小麦品种,在10%土壤含水量的盆栽试验条件下,分别接种4个VA菌根真菌分离物,通过16项形态和生理化指标测定,比较了其促进植株生长和增强植物抗旱性的作用,并探讨了其抗旱机理。结果自选的G.sp1、G.sp2菌株促生抗旱最强。In pot culture experiment, three variety of spring wheat was inoculated with four isolates of Vsicular-arbuscular (VA) mycorrhizal fungi. The water content of the test soils were 100g/kg. Effects of improving growth and drought resistance of inoculated wheat was compared in sixteen indexes of shape and physiological biochemical and the mechanisms were also discussed. The results showed that selected Glomus sp1 and sp2 are best species in improvesing growth and increasing drought resistance of the spring wheat.
