摘　　要：作者从英国英语标准发音的历史及其发展来论述了英语语音教学目标设定的理论依据,并结合我校新生的语音状况,提出了如何使之快速改善的英语语音教学建议。The article recalls the history and the development of standard English pronunciation for the reasons of using general standard English pronunciation to improve the situation of the mess pronunciations, which are made by the fresh students in our college.
