一清胶囊与四环素治疗轻、中度痤疮疗效对比

摘　　要：目的　观察中成药一清胶囊对轻、中度痤疮的疗效。方法　选择门诊轻、中度痤疮患者 12 0例 ,随机分为 :治疗组 6 0例 ,口服一清胶囊 ,2粒 /次 ,3次 /d ;对照组 6 0例 ,口服盐酸四环素片 ,0 .5 g/次 ,2次 /d ,1个月后改为 0 .2 5g/次 ,2次 /d。 8周为 1个疗程 ,疗程结束后进行疗效评估。结果　一清胶囊对以炎性丘疹、脓疱为表现的轻、中度痤疮有效 ,2组治愈率、总有效率均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　一清胶囊治疗轻、中度痤疮疗效确切 ,无耐药性及明显不良反应。Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Yiqi ng capsule which is Chinese patent medicine on slight and midrange acne. Methods 1 20 patients wi th slight and midrange acne were chosen and randomly divided into two groups. 60 patients were in treatment group and given Yiqing capsule two grains a time and three times a day. 60 patients were in control group and given tetracycline hyd rochloride 0.5?g a time and two times a day. After one month, tetracycline hydr ochloride was changed to 0.25?g a time and two times a day. Eight weeks was a c ours e of treatment, and the therapeutic effect evaluation was taken when the course of treatment ended. Results Yiqing capsule was effective on slight and midrange acne which phlogistic papule and pustule were behavior, but there was no signifi cant difference on cure rate and total effective rate between the two groups ( P> 0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of Yiqing capsule on slight an d midrange acne is reliable. No resistance and obvious untoward reaction happen.
