摘 要:利用紫外线辐照过氧化氢水溶液方法产生羟基自由基,并通过电子自旋共振及自旋捕捉方法,对自旋加合物谱线的相对高度进行比较,得到地奥心血康浓度0.71%,1.43%和2.14%时,分别清除掉羟基自由基66%。80%和100%。并与甲酸钠进行比较,得到该药物的作用机制与药效信息。In order to identify the scavenging effect of the new drug Di-ao-xin-xue-kang(DAXXK),the photolysis of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)in aqueous solution had been used to study the electron spin resonance(ESR)spectra of the hydroxyl radical spin adducts with the spin trap phenyl-t-butyl nitrone(PBN).The ESR spectra(aN=1.530±0.010 mT,g=2.00630±0.00010) were consistent with the trapping by PBN of hydroxyl radicals.There was an inverse relationship between the magnitude of PBN adduct production and the degree of scavenging effect. On increasing DAXXK concentration from 0.71%and 1.43% to 2.14%,the relative intensities of ESR spectrum of PBN-OH adducts dropped to 66%,80%,and 100% respectively of the original one.DAXXK was a more effective scavenger than sodium formate(H·COONa) for hydroxyl radicals.These demonstrate that DAXXK is an effective scavenger for hydroxyl radical,which will be quite helpful to illustrate the active mechanism of DAXXK and to develop new drugs.
