地奥心血康对异丙肾上腺素诱发大鼠心肌损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：大鼠ｓｃ异丙肾上腺素（Ｉｓｏ）与ｉｐ地奥心血康（ＤＡＸＸＫ）与单用Ｉｓｏ相比，其血清ＣＫ、ＬＤＨ、心肌含水量、心肌钙和丙二醛含量分别减少４７％，６１％，３％，３７％和３０％；血浆ＴＸＢ_２降低３３％（Ｐ＜０．０１）、血小板粘附率、１ｍｉｎ聚集率和最大聚集率分别降低３８％，４７％和４４％（Ｐ均（０．０５），血浆６－ｋｔｏ－ＰＧＦ_（１α）增加４１％（Ｐ＜０．０１）。表明ＤＡＸＸＫ对缺血损伤心肌具有保护作用。SD rat myocardial damage was made by isoprenaline(85 mg·kg￣(-1),sc)The indices of myocardial ischemia,platelet function and metabolism were greatly increased.When Di-ao-xin-xue-kang(DAXXK,20 mg·kg￣(-1))was injected ip at the same time,the serum level of CK,LDH,the myocardial water,calcium,and malondialdehyde decreased by 47%,61%,3%,37%,and 30% respectively.The degree of the pathological damage lightened.The plasma TXB2 decreased 33 %(P<0.01),rate of platelet adhesion,1-min aggregation,and maximal aggregation lowered 38 %.47%,and 44% respectively(all P<0.05),the plasma 6-keto-PGF_(1α) increased 41%(P<0.01).The results showed that DAXXK provided a protection on ischemic myocardium.
