摘 要:28只杂种犬分地奥心血康组(DAXXK)和生理盐水组(NS)。结扎冠状动脉左前降支使心肌缺血。分别于结扎即刻静脉滴注DAXXK(5.0mg/kg)和100mlNS。NS组随缺血再灌注时间延长,CI,LVSP,±dP/dtmax,等明显下降,而TPVR与血清Lev含量进行性升高。DAXXK与NS比较,有显著改善心功能的效应。To determine the effects of Di-ao-xi-xue-kang(DAXXK) on myocurdial reperfusion injury,28 open-chest dogs were subjected to left anterior coronary descending artery occlusion for 90 min followed by 4 h reperfusion.Dogs were randomized to receive either DAXXK(5.0mg/kg,n=10) or saline(NS,n=18) iv at the moment of occlusion.Cardiac function and hemodynamic variables were measured before occlusion,90 min after occlusion,and 30 min,2 h and 4 h after reperfusion.Levarterenol(Lev)in serum was evaluated before occlusion,90 min after occlusion,2h and 4 h after reperfusion. Cardiac indexCI),left ventricular pressusre(LVSP)and ±dp/dt_(max) markedly decreased.while total peripheral vasculaar resistance(TRVR)and Lev in serum were increased with the development of occlusion-reperfusion in NS group.DAXXK improved left ventriculaar function after occlusion-reperfusion in comparison with NS group,and there was a decreasing tendency of TPVR and Lev in DAXXK group.These results suggest that DAXXK reduees myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury with salvage of myocardium,improved cardiac function,and reduced TPVR and Lev as well.
