摘　　要：为使外贸业务分析决策系统在互联网环境下提供更加灵活和强大的服务,文中研究了中国外贸出口综合评价体系(CPTI,ChineseTradePerformanceIndex)的建立,论证了WebService技术在外贸业务分析决策系统中应用的必要性,详细介绍了本系统在实施决策支持过程中遇到的问题以及如何采用WebService技术来解决问题的过程。该系统体系模型能带来更好的灵活性、可扩充性和更广的可访问性,并且简化了系统的设计与实现,从而充分体现出了WebService技术在外贸业务分析决策系统设计和实现中的必要性及优越性。In order to offer the service of agility and mightiness for the intelligent decision-making system of forgein trade business,this paper studies the foundation of CPTI (Chinese Trade Performance Index).It discusses why do we implement the decision-making by using Web service and deeply introduces the problem and the related technology of Web service when build the decision-making system.The implementation proves the framework to be accessible from any Web service enabled client,and requires less but more legible code.It shows the necessity and superiority of Web service in design and implementation of decision-making system for foreign trade business.
