摘　　要：土地革命战争时期,土地立法是苏维埃政权最重要的立法之一。苏维埃政权制定的《井冈山土地 法》、《土地暂行法》、《中华苏维埃共和国土地法》等在中国历史上都具有一定的开创性,这些土地法令基本上满足 了农民的土地要求,肯定了农民分配土地的神圣权利,代表了农民的根本利益,总结出了一条"土地法令是解决土 地问题的最好保障"的成功经验。In wartime for the Agrarian Revolutionary War, the land legislation was one of the most important legislation of Soviet' s regime. Its ' land law of Jinggang Mountain ' , ' provisional law of land ' , ' republic's land law of Chinese Soviet ' etc. , had certain initiatives in China' s history. The land decree not only met peasants' land demand basically, affirmed the peasants' sacred right of distributing land, but also represented peasants' fundamental interests, and summarized a successful experience that ' land decree is the best guarantee of solving the land problem '.
