摘　　要：本文共分三个部分,其中:第一部分简要叙述了村民委员会产生和发展的历程,比较详细地列举了 乡村两级组织发展的数据,并据此说明了村民委员会的发展趋势;第二部分着重研究了村民委员会的分类标准和 基本类型,简单介绍和剖析了某些学者的观点,阐明了作者的分类标准和5类14种村庄的基本特点;第三部分根 据目前村民自治小康村建设中存在的问题,提出了广大村庄规模、发展村庄经济、理顺政村关系、提高干部素质、加 强村民教育等对策性建议。The text is divided into three parts. The first part briefly describes the emerge and the developing course of the people' s Commiffee of the village, and cites in details the development data of towns and villages the organizations at the two levels, and shows the trend of the development of the people' s committees of the villages in view of the above; the second part focusses on the studies of the classifying criterion of the people' s comit-tees of the villages and the basic types, and briefly introduces and analyzes the viesw points of some scholars, and expounds the writer' s classifying criterion and the four types and fourteen basic characteristics of villages; the third part proposes a series of suggestions as ways to deal with situations, such as the scale of the vast villages, the developing of the village economy, mediating between the governments and the villages, enhancing the quality of the cadres and strengthening the education of the village people according to the problems existing in the comstruction of well-off villages in the villages of people autonomy.
