摘 要:目的 研究沙眼衣原体(CT)感染后,大鼠卵巢树突状细胞(DC)的变化。方法 成年Wistar雌 性大鼠,单侧卵巢囊接种沙眼衣原体E型株,于感染第1/2d、7d、14d取材,用免疫组化方法检测大鼠卵巢 DC的变化。结果 CT感染后大鼠卵巢黄体内S 100+阳性DC平均光密度值明显高于对照组(P<0.05或 0.01)。结论 沙眼衣原体感染可引起大鼠卵巢黄体内S 100阳性DC的表达。Objective To study the variations of S-100 positive dendritic cells(DC) in ovary following chlamydial infections. Methods Female Wistar rats were inoculated with chlamydial trachomatis immunotype E into the ovarian bursa. The rats were killed at 1/2 day, 7th day, 14th day postinoculation respectively. The variations of positive DC in ovary was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The average optic density of positive S-100 +DC in ovary corpus luteum in inoculation group was higher than that in control. Conclusion Chlamydial infection caused the overexpression of S-100 in dendritic cells of ovary corpus luteum in wistar rats.
