摘  要:长期以来,对于耳蜗的研究都是基于传统的二维组织切片,虽然取得了丰硕的成果,但未能提供 耳蜗的三维直观显示和三维参数。基于颞骨连续切片和SCT、MRI等医学影像扫描技术的三维重建则从三维 的角度显示耳蜗的结构与功能,提供三维参数,不仅帮助人们进一步认识耳蜗这一特殊的结构,而且可以辅助 医生进行临床诊疗,在临床和教学工作中有着深远的意义和广阔的应用前景。For a long period, cochlea was studied just by observing two-dimensional histological slices. Although some great successes were achieved, its three-dimensional displays and parameters still failed to present. In contrast, three-dimensional reconstruction based on serial slices of temporal bone and the medical scanning technology as SCT and MRI is able to reveal the structure and function of cochlea to help people understand the particular cochlea and assist doctors with their clinical diagnosis and treatments for patients, which will have profound significance and comprehensive application on clinical and teaching work.
