摘 要:目的:探讨应用磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)和灌注加权成像(PWI)评价改良线栓法制作的大鼠大脑中 动脉阻塞(MCAO)和再灌注模型的可行性。方法:12只Wistar大鼠随机分为假手术组2只、持续性缺血组5只、缺 血0.5h再灌注组5只。各组于术后0.5h及1h分别行DWI、PWI扫描,测量DWI上异常信号面积,并绘制PWI 信号强度 时间曲线。结果:DWI和PWI上A组未见异常信号,B组和C组手术侧均见有异常信号,且B组术后1h 的异常信号范围比0.5h时的异常信号范围大(P<0.05),C组术后1h的异常信号范围较0.5h时的异常信号范 围显著缩小(P<0.05)。MCAO后患侧信号强度 时间曲线峰值下降幅度较对侧小,再灌注后下降幅度增大。结 论:DWI和PWI可客观评价改良线栓法大鼠MCAO及再灌注模型效果。Aim: To explore the possibility of magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) and perfusion weighted imaging (PWI) to evaluate modified model of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) and reperfusion in rat. Methods: A total of 12 Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham-operated group (A, n=2), permanent ischemic group (B, n=5) and transient ischemic group (reperfusion after 0.5 h of MCAO)(C, n=5). Every group were examined with DWI and PWI at 0.5 h and 1 h after operation, respectively. Abnormal signal extent on DWI was mearued and the intensity verse time curve of PWI was described.Results: In group A, no abnormal signal was found on DWI and PWI. In group B and C, abnormal signal was found on both DWI and PWI. Furthermore, the abnormal signal extent in group B at 1 h was larger than that at 0.5 h(P<0.05), and the abnormal signal extent in group C at 1h reduced prominently compared with that at 0.5 h(P<0.05). Compared with the control side,the peak of the intensity verse time curve on ischemic side decreased lighter after MCAO,while it got deeper postreperfusion.Conclusion: DWI and PWI can objectively evaluate the modified model of MCAO and reperfusion in rat.
