摘 要:目的:选取采用复合乳液 溶剂挥发技术制备成褪黑素载药缓释纳米粒并进行体外释放试验以考察其 特性。方法:模拟不同体液环境(pH=7.4,3.9,1.4),选取不同粒径的载药纳米粒(r<45.84nm,45.84nm<r< 72.67nm,r>72.67nm),采用恒温搅拌透析法(50r/min,75r/min,100r/min),测量其体外释药速率,统计分析其 释药特性。结果与结论:载药纳米粒的缓释性能与粒径呈负相关,释药速率可受pH环境影响,受机械搅动影响较 小。该褪黑素载药纳米粒具有良好的体外释放特征,符合拟定的临床用药方案。Aim: To study the release in vitro of nanoparticles loaded with melatonin which prepared by co-emulsification-solvent evaporation technique. Methods: Release rates were measured and characteristic of release were stated and analyzed by simulated different circumstance of release(pH=7.4,3.9,1.4)and selected different particle sizes of nanoparticles(r<45.84 nm,45.84 nm<r<72.67 nm,r>72.67 nm) and the constant temperature whip dialysis assay (50 r/min,75 r/min,100 r/min) were used.Results and Conclusion: Subtractive relate vitro release with particle sizes, velocities of releaing were influenced by pH value, but little influenced by velocity of stiring. MLT-PLA-CS-NPs have the optimum vitro release outside body and accorded with the drug using by clinic.
