简述国民经济核算中总量指标及其关系

摘　　要：国民经济核算是运用统计手段对国民经济运行过程包括生产过程、分配过程、消费过程、积累过程及资本筹集过程等的系统描述和说明。每一国民经济运行过程都有相应的总量指标对其进行核算。生产过程中的国内生产总值指标是一国内各经济部门在一定时期内所生产的全部最终产品的价值;以此为基础在劳动者、资本所有者和政府之间分配,就形成了分配过程中的国民总收入、国民可支配收入指标;从国民可支配收入中扣减掉消费过程中的最终消费支出指标,就形成资本筹集过程中的储蓄指标;再由储蓄指标可提炼出积累过程中的资本与资本形成、金融资产、资产数量的其他变化、资产价格重估价等指标;而这些积累指标又正是资产负债存量由期初到期末必然会发生的总量和结构变化的内容。整个国民经济就是在这些指标的核算中周而复始、循环地运行着。National economic accounting is the process that the national economy is circulated by statistical way.That is :the process of production,distribution,consumption and accumulation.GNP target is all the final prices of production that every economic departments produce during the period of time,on which distribution between workers and the capital owners and governments forms GNP of the distribution,and the target of the national budget income;National budget income minus the final consumption target forms the savings target of the raise capital,and then picks out the capital,financial capital target,which is contents that the capital liabilities happen from the beginning to the end.The whole national economy is just circulated again and again.
