先天性聋童QT间期的动态心电图检测

摘　　要：以聋哑学校２４２例聋童为对象作了标准１２导联心电图检测，并对其中ＱＴｃ间期≥０．４２ｓ的１１例做了动态心电图检测，结果发现，常规心电图中ＱＴｃ＞０．４５ｓ者２例（２／２４２），动态心电图ＱＴｃ≥０．５０ｓ者６例，室性早搏４例，房性早搏２例，Ⅰ度房室传导阻滞１例，未见Ｌｏｗｎ分类Ⅲ级以上严重室性心律失常。Twelve- lead standard electrocardiograms were done in 242 deaf children in a school for the deaf and mute. Among them, DCG were examined in 11 children with QTc intervals longer than 0.42 seconds, In 2children the QTc interval was longer than 0.45 seconds in the routine electrocardiogram(2/242). In 6 children the QTc interval was longer than or equal to 0.50 seconds in DCG. Four children had vantricular premature beats,2children had atrial premature beats, 1 child had Ⅰ°atrioventricular block. None has been found to have serious ventricular arrhythmia more than grade three(Lown's gradation).
