糖尿病周围神经病变患者一氧化氮、糖化血红蛋白等测定意义

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者一氧化氮(NO)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及相关生化指标与DPN病变的关系.方法采用胶乳凝集法(免疫透射终点法)和酶法分别检测正常健康者、Ⅱ型糖尿病(DM)和DPN患者血浆或血清中的HbA1c、NO、SOD、空腹血糖(FPG)等相关生化指标水平.结果 DPN患者与糖尿病(DM)无周围神经病变者和正常对照组比较,NO与HbA1c增高显著,而SOD则显著降低(P<0.05～0.001).结论 DPN患者长期糖代谢紊乱在DPN的发病过程中起重要作用,高NO、HbA1c与低SOD等参与了DPN的形成,监测这些生化指标的变化对DPN的诊断、病情判断具有一定的参考价值.Objective To explore the relations between NO,HbAIc,SOD and DPN about DPN patients.Methods The HbAlc,NO,SOD and FPG in the plasma of a health man,a DMⅡ patient and a DPN patient are examined by the latex Agglutinate may and the Enzyme way.Results When the DPN patient and the DM patient who is not PN were comparied with the health man,theri NO and HbAlc were raised apparently but the SOD went down(P<0.05~0.001) apparently.Conclusion The sugar merabolism disorderly of the DPN patient in a long period play a very important role in the course of the DPN arising Morover,the high NO,HbAlc and the low SOD accelerate thd DNP's formulating.Supervising the indexe's changes has some values in diagnosing thd DPN and judging the disease situations.
