摘　　要：本文通过对中国PC产业发展历程的简要分析,总结了促进中国PC业发展的主要因素。特别的是,本文通过对联想集团公司的学习过程的案例研究,揭示了后来企业能力建设的特点。This paper aims to summarize main factors driving the rapid development of China's PC industry, through a simple and systematic examination of its evolution. In particular, this paper provides an in - depth case study of firm - level learning processes in Legend Group Limited, highlighting the key characteristics of capability building in latecomer firms.
