摘　　要：2001年 10月, 在引进型 660MW发电机组上首次采用研发的DAK A9防锈药剂干式停用防锈保养方法实现了机组大修期间热力系统和炉管的防锈保养。介绍了该防锈保养方法的实施工艺和化学调控手段, 通过酸性硫酸铜试液点滴耐锈蚀性能试验, 并采用表面技术方法, 分析了该防锈保养方法的防锈效果。分析结果表明,DAK A9防锈药剂及其干式停用防锈保养方法具有较强的防大气锈蚀性能, 还可清除部分原垢。该方法不需改变机组滑停程序和操作, 加药工艺简便, 也适用于长期停、备用机组的防大气锈蚀保养。In October 2001,DAK-A9 antirusting agent was applied for the first time to imported-type 660 MW generating units in Shajiao C Power Plant to prevent rustiness of the thermal system and boiler tubes during overhaul of the units.The procedures and the chemical control means of this rust-preventing laying-up method are described.Through dropping test on antirusting property with acidic bluestone test solution,the rust-resisting effect of the method is analyzed by use of surface techniques.The analytical result shows that the method is effective in preventing atmospheric rustiness and removing some original rusty scale.With no need for changing the program and operation of the shut-down of units with variable parameters,the method is of convenient dosing procedures and can also be applied to atmospheric rustiness prevention of units kept laid off or standby for a long time.
