摘 要:在钻超深井、大斜度井、大位移井及水平井的过程中,套管和钻柱的磨损是必须考虑的问题。对套管磨损过程进行应力分析知,最大剪应力是造成套管磨损的主要原因;套管的磨损主要是接触疲劳磨损和磨粒磨损共同作用的结果。针对现有的减磨措施,文章利用改进的 ML 100 型试验机,分析对比几种泥浆加重剂的减磨性能,在钻井液中加入活性减磨加重剂,以改善钻井液的润滑性能,可方便有效地降低套管与钻柱的磨损。Wear between casing and drillpipe is an integrant by considered problem in drilling deep and super deep well, horizontal well and deviated well. Through the analysis of wear, casing wear is mainly caused by the most shearing strain and is the result effected both by the contact fatigue wear and abrasive wear. According to the current reducing wear methods, in the paper author compared the antigrinding affect of several heavy agent of drilling mud improring the reforming equipment .In order to improve the lubricity of drilling fluid,the active antifriction heavy agent were added to the drilling fluid. It is a conveninence and afficiency way.
