摘　　要：水射流聚合物分散溶解装置具有结构简单、流程紧凑、价格适宜、安装方便、自动化程度高等优点,在胜利埕东油田得到推广应用。基于PLC和组态软件的控制系统,具有可靠性高、灵活性好、扩展性强的特点,控制系统功能得到有效扩充,不仅实现了聚合物分散溶解装置的自动化控制,还实现了全站的数据采集、处理和实时监控。The dispersing and dissolving polymer unit by jetting water is obtained to spread and apply in automation etc. The control system based on PLC and configuration software is reliable, flexible and expansible. Its function is extended availably. It can automatically control the dispersing and dissolving polymer unit. Also it implements data acquisition, processing and monitor in real time of whole station.
