随动对中光杆密封器的研制与应用

摘　　要：常规抽油机井口光杆密封器不具有调偏和调斜功能,若光杆在上下往复运动过程中与密封器主体偏斜,将使密封圈偏磨,密封效果降低,密封圈寿命缩短。文章介绍了一种新型随动对中光杆密封器,该密封器采用了万向球头原理,在抽油机运行过程中能够与光杆随动调偏对中。现场试验表明,这种密封器能够有效地减少密封圈偏磨,增强密封效果,密封圈的寿命提高10倍以上,减轻了工人的劳动强度,经济效益显著。The conventional polished rod stuffing box cannot adjust bias and obliquity which causes biasing of the sealer to the suckerrod, inclined wearing of the seal, reducing sealing effect and shortening life of the seal when the sucker rod moves up and down.So a new type of polished rod stuffing box is developed. The unit adops ball joint head technique, these make it possible to adjustbias and obliquity. The field tests show that this stuffing box can reduce bias wearing of the seal effectively, enhance the sealingeffect and extend the life of the seal by 10 times.
