摘　　要：半固体骨架制剂技术目前在药剂学领域主要应用于制备缓控释制剂及提高药物生物利用度。从处方组成、制备工艺、体外释药影响因素等方面 ,综述半固体骨架制剂技术在缓控释制剂中的应用。Now semisolid matrix(SSM) is mainly used in two fields of pharmaceutics: preparing sustained drug-release dosage forms and enhancing the bioavailibility of drugs. In this article, the application of SSM in preparing sustained release pharmaceutical formulations was summarized in the respects of their compositions, preparations, influencing factors on their in vitro release and so on.
