清热止咳颗粒的药效学实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :通过药效学试验 ,观察清热止咳颗粒的镇咳、解痉、祛痰及抗炎效果。方法 :建立氨气、SO2 和电刺激诱发动物咳嗽、组织胺诱发离体豚鼠气管痉挛、小鼠气管分泌酚红、巴豆油诱发小鼠耳廓肿胀等 6种动物模型 ,并给予清热止咳颗粒 ,分别以吗啡、可待因、异丙肾上腺素、NH4Cl及氢化可的松作为阳性对照药 ,进行镇咳、气管解痉、祛痰、抗炎消肿等实验。结果 :清热止咳颗粒对氨气、SO2 及电刺激诱咳小鼠有明显的抑制作用 ,抑制率为2 2 . 8%～ 84 . 38% ;对组织胺诱发的离体气管痉挛有显著解痉作用 ,痉挛抑制率为 74. 6 9%～ 12 2. 91% ;有明显加速酚红经小鼠气管分泌的作用 ,分泌提高率为 2 4 . 5 6 %～ 5 5. 75 % ;对巴豆油诱发的小鼠耳廓肿胀有显著抑制作用 ,抑制率为 31.2 %～ 38 .3%。结论 :清热止咳颗粒具有镇咳、祛痰、解痉和一定的抗炎消肿作用。Objective: To investigate the antitussive, antispasmodic, expectorant and antiinflammatory effects of Qinrezhike granules (QZ) through pharmacodynamic experiments. Methods: 6 animal models, including ammonia-, SO 2-and electrical stimulation-induced tussis in mice and guinea pigs, histamine-induced tracheospasm in guinea pigs, tracheal excretion of PSP in mice and croton oil-induced auricular swelling in mice, were prepared and given QZ or morphine, codeine, isoprenaline, NH 4Cl and hydrocortisone as positive controls respectively to conduct antitussive, antispasmodic, expectorant and antiinflammatory experiments. Results: QZ obviously inhibited tussis induced by ammonia, SO 2 and electrical stimulation by 22.8%-84.38%, relieved histamine-induced tracheospasm by 74.69%-122.91%, enhanced tracheal excretion of PSP by 24.56%-55.75% and stoped croton oil-induced auricular swelling by 31.2%-38.3%. Conclusion: QZ has good antitussive, antispasmodic, expectorant and antiinflammatory effects.
