头皮瘙痒头屑过多及其他皮肤疾患与蠕形螨感染的调查分析

摘　　要：目的: 探讨人体蠕形螨感染与头皮瘙痒头屑过多及其他皮肤疾患的关系;方法: 采用透明胶带粘贴法(10:00-18:00和22:00-2:00)、挤粘结合、眼科平镊取睫毛等方法,对人群蠕形螨感染情况进行调查;结果:唐山地区部分人群蠕形螨感染率47.0%,感染虫种为毛囊形螨(Demodex foliculorum)和皮脂蠕形螨(D.breuis),蠕形螨寄生与头皮瘙痒、头屑过多有一定因果关系,经常去美容院进行皮肤护理的女士蠕形螨的感染率降低。In order to exploring the relation between Demodex infection and scalf itch, excessive dandruff and other disease. The survey of demodex infection was conduced by evansparent adhesive tape pasting ,combining of pressing and pasting ,getting eyelash by tweezers and so on. The result showed that the infestation percentage of demodex infection is 47% in the crowed of Tangshan. The kingds of infecting demodex are demodex folliculorm and D.breuis. There is relationship between demodex parastisom and scalp itch, excessive dandruff. The frequency of démodex infection of lady who often go to do skin nurse in the beauty shop is low.
