摘  要:对29例常规V_1导联中有Q(q)波者,以核素检查结果为标准比较常规导联V_1、头胸导联HV_1及心向量图在上述判别中的价值。结果发现与核素结果相比符合率以VCG-Z轴为最高(90%),HV_1次之(69%),V_1最低(48%),特异性以VCG-Z轴最高(88%),HV_1次之(71%),V_1(24%)最低。研究认为在判别右胸导联Q波意义上,HV_1导联比V_1导联为优,在诊断病理性Q波上有较大意义。Utilizing the results of nuclear cardiology as gold criterion, we evaluated the values of lead V1 of electrocardiogram (V1), head-chest lead V1(HV1) and vectorcardiogram (VCG) in distin guishing the significance of Q wave in 29 patients with Q or q wave in lead V1 of electrocardiogram. According to the gold criterion, the accuracies of VCG lead Z, HV1 and V1 were 90% , 69% and 48% respectively. Specificity of VCG lead Z, HV1 and V1 were 88%, 71% and 24% respectively. Result indicated that head-chest lead V1 was better than conventional lead V1 in diagnosing pathological Q wave
