摘　　要：对东丽716卷绕机由8头纺改为16头纺后单热辊与双热辊不同工艺进行了探索,通过调整单热辊与分丝辊的角度,增设预网络等措施,达到稳定生产的目的。同时从工艺和设备两方面探讨了影响卷绕成型的主要因素。The single GR or double GR technologies of TORAY 716 high speed take-up machine after modification of 8-ends into 16-ends were discussed. By adjusting the angle between single GR and SR,adding pre-interlace, the steady production was achieved. At the same time, the effect of main factors on winding were discussed from the technology and equipment.
