摘　　要：工单走向是连接电信各生产部门(如营业、号线、测量、程控、装机等)的纽带,只要有一个环节的纽带松了,用户申请业务的实现就得不到保证。而程控工单的执行情况直接影响到用户所需业务的开通情况及正确与否。如何利用网络优势,高效、准确地执行程控工单是值得探讨的问题。Worksheet is the important link between different production departments of telecommunications (such as business,number,measurement,program-control and installation etc.).Once any sector on the link is loose,the implementation of the traffic that the subscriber applies for could not be guaranteed.The executive condition of the program-controlled worksheet will make a direct impact on the open-up condition and accuracy of the desirable traffic.This thesis mainly focuses on how to take advantage of the networks and execute the program-controlled worksheet in a highly effective and accurate way.
