摘　　要：公交车辆的动态监控管理是公交公司的管理核心,但一直没有物美价廉的方案,因此提出了一种采用新技术的里程表定位系统而设计的公交车辆信息管理系统。重点介绍了OPS技术和该公交车辆信息管理系统的实现框架。该系统为公交公司提供了及时可靠的公交信息,提高了管理效率,也为市民提供了及时准确的路况信息。It's the kernel of management in the public traffic company to monitor and manage all the buses dynamically. However, there has been no feasible and inexpensive way so far.In this article, 'OPS', a new technology is advanced and adopted to track and monitor buses, that not only provides the feasible and important information for public traffic company, but also offers the correct information about the public roads for the citizens quickly.
