摘　　要：在兔急性缺氧性肺动脉高压的模型基础上，用氨吡酮药物静脉注射，观察其对肺动脉压的作用。实验结果表明氨吡酮能降低缺氧引起的肺动脉高压，为一种扩张肺动脉的有效药物，值得临床推广。The effect of intravenous Amrinon on pulmonary hypertensive rabbit model with acute hypoxia was investigated. The result showed that Amrinon significantly lowered the pulmonary arterial pressure resulting from hypoxia.There were significant difference between the value of pulmanary arterial systolic pressure before and after intravenous administration of Amrinon.It may be of valuable for dilating pulmonary vessels and was worthy to recommend in clinic.
