摘 要:在碱性水溶液中,以超高价态过渡金属二过碘酸合铜(Ⅲ)钾为氧化剂,活性炭表面上的羟甲基为还原剂,引发丙烯酸甲酯(MA)单体在活性炭分子链上发生接枝共聚合反应。考察了反应温度、单体与活性炭质量比、反应时间、引发剂浓度对接枝参数的影响。结果表明,反应温度30℃、单体与活性炭质量比约2、引发剂浓度2.5×10-5mol/L、反应时间30min为较佳接枝共聚合反应条件。红外光谱、电子扫描电镜对接枝共聚物进行了表征,并探讨了反应机理。Active carbon black (ACB) was graft copolymerized with methyl acrylate in alkali solution using potassium diperiodatocuprate (Ⅲ) (DPC) as initiator.The effects of reaction temperature,mass ratio of monomer to active carbon black,reaction time,initiator concentration on the grafting parameters including graft efficiency,conversion of MMA and grafting rate were examined.The optimum conditions were determined as follows:reaction temperature 30 ℃ ,the mass ratio of monomer to active carbon black about 2,initiator concentration 2.5×10 -5 mol/L ,reaction time of 30 min.The copolymer was characterized by IR and the analysis of scanning electron microscope showed the grafted ACB was much better than ACB in dispersacy.
