摘  要:介绍了以亚磷酸三乙酯、双酚A、十六醇为原料,无水碳酸钾为催化剂合成二亚磷酸双酚A四(十六醇)酯的方法,考察了催化剂、反应温度、反应时间及物料摩尔比等因素对产品收率的影响.正交实验结果表明,最佳的反应条件是:反应时间I为1.5 h,反应时间Ⅱ为2.5 h,反应温度I为130~140℃,反应温度Ⅱ为160~170℃,催化剂用量为0.60g,双酚A与亚磷酸三乙酯及十六醇的摩尔比为1:2.05:4.在此条件下制得的产品为白色粉末状固体,熔点为45~46℃,平均收率在92%以上.元素分析、红外光谱对产品结构进行了表征.Synthesis of bisphenol A tetraethal diphosphite using bisphenol A,ethal and triethyl phosphite as raw material and anhydrous potassium carbonate as catalyst in transesterification was presented.The effects of catalyst,reaction temperature,reaction time and molar ratio of the raw material on the yield of product were examined.The orthoganol experimental result showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:reaction time Ⅰand Ⅱwere 1 5 and 2.5 h respectively,reaction temperature Ⅰand Ⅱ were 130~ 140 ℃ and 160~ 170 ℃ respectively,the dosage of catalyst 0.6 g ,and n (bisphenol A)∶ n (triethyl phosphite)∶ n (ethal)= 1∶2.05∶4. The product prepared under such optimum conditions was a white waxy solid with melting point of 45~ 46 ℃ and average yield of the product over 92%.The product was characterized by elemental analysis and IR.
