摘　　要：作者报告１９９０年３月～１９９３年５月行保留二尖瓣瓣下结构的二尖瓣替换术９例（其中保留全部瓣下结构４例，保留后瓣及腱索、乳头肌５例）的治疗体会，并对其适应证、禁忌证和术中注意事项进行了讨论。Experience of mitral valve replacement(MVR)with preservation of the subvalvular structures in 9 cases from March 1990 to May l993 is reported.The patients, were 7 males and 2 females.The age range was 26 to 47 years.MVR with preservation of all subvalvular structures was performed in 4 cases and Mwn with preservation of the posterior leaflet,chordae tendineae and papillary muscles in 5.The surgical technique and indication of MVR with preservation of the subvalvular structures are briefly discussed.
