摘　　要：本文采用长轴中点法，对１９例正常人左室电影造影图像进行了室壁运动的测定，结论为左室壁各节段收缩强度并不相等，前壁强于下壁，心尖区最弱。The motion of ventricular silhouette in cineangiocardiography was assessed using the median of long axis method in nineteen normal subjects. The results showed that normal ventricular wall motion was not symmetrical and that systolic motion in anterior wall was stronger than that ofthe inferior wall, with the weakest motion in the apex.
