心包积液穿刺抽液前后心功能的变化

摘　　要：本文对２６例中量以上心包积液患者穿刺抽液前后进行超声心功图检查，以观察左室收缩、舒张功能的变化。结果表明：收缩功能参数无变化，舒张功能参数：Ｅ、Ｅｉ、０．３３／Ｔｉ增加，Ａ、Ａｉ、Ａ／Ｅ、Ａｉ／Ｅｉ减少（Ｐ＜００５或Ｐ＜００１），而Ｔｉ无变化，说明心包积液主要影响左室舒张功能。In this study,to observe changes in diastolic and systolic functions of patients with pericardial effusion before and after pericardiocentesis,we examined 26 cases with pericardial effusion by means of echocardiography.The results demonstrate that there was no fluctuation in the indices of systolic function whereas there were some changes in that of diastolic functiOn such as increased E,Ei,0.33/ Ti and decreased A,Ai,A/E,Ai/Ei(P<0.05 or<0.01).Ti did not change significantly.From these results we may assume that the effect of pericardial effusion is mainly felt in the diastolic function of the left ventricular.
