60例高血压病患者左心功能变化的临床研究

摘　　要：本文选择高血压病（ＩＩＴ）Ⅰ～Ⅲ期患者６０例，利用非侵入性方法进行对比研究，结果如下：ＨＴ－Ⅰ期即可检出左室舒张功能不全，ＨＴ－Ⅱ期出现左室肥厚，ＨＴ－Ⅲ期则出现左室扩大，收缩功能不全。这一结果为临床治疗高血压，防止和消退左室肥厚提供了客观指标。We investigated changes in the left ventricular function of 60 cases of in-patients with hypertension(HT)atⅠ～Ⅲ stages by non-invasive methods for comparative and control studies.The results of our study indicate that diastolic dysfunction (DDF)may be detected at HT-Ⅰstage,left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH) at HT-Ⅱ stage and that left ventricular dilation and systolic dysfunction(SDF) occur at HT-Ⅲ stage.It is concluded that this discovery can provide clinical therapy of HT,prevention and regression of LVH with another new objective index.
