摘　　要：　用ICP-AES光谱仪、选取钇作为内标,研究测定硅钙钡中钙、钡、铝、铜的方法,建立了最佳的工作条件,并进行回收试验、准确度试验、干扰试验。对溶液重复测定 10次,测出元素的检出限及测定下限,其结果与标准值相吻合。To research the method determining Ca, Ba, Al, Cu in silicon-calcium-barium alloy using Y as internal standard by ICP-AES spectrometer. The optimum working conditions are founded. The recovery experiment, precision experiment, interference experiment are carried out. To determine the solution ten times, the detection limit and low limit of determination are determined. The results are accordance with the standard value.
