桂枝汤对体温双向调节作用研究进展

摘　　要：　文章从桂枝汤对发热、低体温大鼠下丘脑中腺苷酸环化酶和磷酸二酯酶活性的影响、对下丘脑乙酰胆碱和去甲肾上腺素作用的影响、对下丘脑前列腺素E2的影响、对蛙皮素作用的影响、对下丘脑和隔区精氨酸加压素 (AVP)及下丘脑神经降压素(NT)的含量的影响、对下丘脑热休克蛋白含量的影响、对白细胞介素 1(IL—1)、干扰素 (IFN-α)、肿瘤坏死因子 (γ-TNF)所致发热作用的影响、对下丘脑三磷酸肌醇和钙调蛋白含量的影响等 8个方面阐述了桂枝汤对体温双向调节作用的机理,认为此作用机理可能与发热激活物、发热介质、内热源、内源性降温物质及HSP、蛙皮素等有关。From Guizhi decoction' influences on AC and PDE activity of infundibula in fever and low-temperature rat, on Ach and NE of infundibula, on PGE 2 , on cerulein effect, on the content of AVP and NT, on the content of HSP, on the fever caused by IL-1, IFN-α,γ-TNF, on IP3 the content of and CaM. All eight aspects expounded the Guizhi decoction' effect on two-sides adjusting body temperature. Furthermore, the article considered that the effective mechanism was related with the fever active substance, fever medium, HSP, cerulein, and so on.
