摘　　要：通过对司机操纵列车运行的过程及影响列车运行状态的主要因素进行分析,提出了机车运行安全性评价的依据和方法以及机车运行安全指数的确定原则,阐述了专家系统的基本理论与方法。The paper analyzes the process of driver operating the train and the main factors that influence the train runing state,and advances the methods that evaluate the locomotive running security and decision principle of locomotive running index. The basic theory and method of expert-system are expatiated.
