摘 要:为探讨杂交棉二代的生产利用价值,于2002~2003年在临清对6个抗虫棉杂交组合的F1和F2代产量进行了比较研究.结果表明,参试6个组合的F1代皮棉产量皆表现出显著的优势,其中H3和H4比对照鲁棉研15显著增产,说明利用现有常规抗虫棉品种(系)可以选配出产量超过鲁棉研15的组合.6个组合的F2代也表现出一定的产量优势,其中H3和H4比对照鲁棉研21显著增产,说明有些抗虫杂交棉的F2代仍有生产利用价值.Six hybrids developed by crossing two Bt cotton cultivars (lines) were grown in the fields in Linqing in 2003 and 2004, and the lint yield of their parents, F_1 and F_2 were examined to investigate the possibility of heterosis utilization for both F_1 and F_2. Results showed that significant F_1 heterosis in lint yield existed in the 6 hybrids, in which H3 and H4 provided significant yield increase relative to the control hybrid cotton SCRC15, indicating the feasibility of breeding hybrids with higher yield than SCRC15 by the current Bt cotton germplasm. Of the 6 hybrids, H3 and H4 exhibited significantly higher lint yield in F_2 than the control cultivar SCRC21 (common cultivar), suggesting that F_2 of some hybrid cottons remained considerable value of utilization in cotton production.
