摘　　要：在羧酸修饰的碳糊电极表面共价键合人 ssDNA,制备了人 DNA 伏安传感器。在杂交液中,传感器表面上的人 ssDNA 与杂交液中的人或动物 ssDNA 进行杂交反应时,电活性物质 Co(bpy)_3(ClO_4)_3配合物嵌入DNA 双链中,使峰电流增加(△i_p)。△i_p 与试液中 DNA 浓度成正比,可用于检测生化样品中 DNA 含量,线性范围为0.010～0.20mg/L,检测下限为2.29μg/L。The voltammetric biosensor for DNA from human blood was prepared using the carboxylic acid-modified carbon paste electrode,on its surface the human ssDNA was immobilized.In a hybridization solution,the human ssDNA on the electrode hybridized with the animal ssDNA in the solution for hybridization to form the dsDNA,in which the complex Co(bpy)_3(ClO_4)_3 was intercalated,and The complex can yield a vohammetric wave,which can be used to determine the DNA,the linear range being from 0.010 mg/L to 0.20 mg/L with detection limit of 2. 29 μg/L.
