瘫复康对老年中风恢复期及后遗症的临床药理作用和实验观察

摘　　要：目的　观察瘫复康胶囊对老年中风恢复期及后遗症的临床药理作用和实验研究。方法　将66例中风恢复期及后遗症病人随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组服用瘫复康胶囊 ,对照组服用维脑路通片 ,两组均以 8周为 1个疗程 ,观察治疗前后血液黏度、血小板聚集性、血栓形成等指标。实验以血液流变学和血小板聚集黏附项目为药理指标 ,观察灌胃瘫复康后大鼠实验指标的变化。结果　瘫复康具有显著缩短病人体外血栓长度、降低血栓干重、抑制血小板聚集的作用 ,治疗前后比较有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。通过对大鼠血液流变学和血小板功能指标的实验观察 ,瘫复康具有降低大鼠血液黏度、血浆黏度的作用 ,并抑制大鼠血小板黏附性和聚集性 ,与模型组比较有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论　瘫复康胶囊具有改善病人血液流变性、降低血液黏度、抗血栓形成的作用。动物实验证实瘫复康具有抑制血小板聚集性 ,降低动物的血液黏度。表明瘫复康具有活血化瘀、舒经通络的功效。Objective To observe clinical curative effect and empirical study on gerontism with ischemic apoplexy in the convalescence and sequela by Tanfukang capsule.Methods 66 cases in the convalescence and sequela were randomly divided into the therapy group(35 case )and the control group(31 case).Patients in therapy group were treated with Tangukang capsule, however those in control group were treated by compound Troxerutin. After eight weeks, take a comparison between before and after curing in two groups based on four factor: blood viscosity, platelet aggregation, thrombogenesis and etc. In empirical study, observe the changes of pharmaco-index, hemorheology and platelet aggregation, in rats feeding with Tanfukang capsule.Results Tanfukang capsule can decurtate virto length of thromb, depress the dry weight of thromb, inhibit platelet aggregation. There's statistical significance before and after treatment.Tanfukang capsule can depress blood viscosity, plasms viscosity of rats, and inhibit platelet aggregation. There's statistical significance compared with model. (P<0.05).Conclusion TanFuKang capsule can improve blood hemorheology,depress blood viscosity, antithrombotic. Empirical study prove Tanfukang capsule can inhibit platelet aggregation and depress the animal's blood viscosity.It expresses Tanfukang capsuple has Activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and unfold undergo and collaterals.
