复方七芍降压片对自发性高血压大鼠血压及左室肥厚的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨复方七芍降压片降压及逆转左室肥厚 (LVH )的作用机制。方法　以 10只 14周龄WKY大鼠为阴性对照 ,3 2只 14周龄自发性高血压大鼠 (SHR)随机分为 4组 ,分别采用尾动脉法测血压、测左室重量指数(LVMI)、放射免疫法测定血浆及局部心肌血管紧张素Ⅱ (AngⅡ )。 结果　复方七芍降压片能够降低SHR血压、LVMI、血浆及心肌AngⅡ。Objective To explore the mechanism of lowering blood pressure and reverse effect on left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH) of Compound Qishao Jiangya tablet.Methods 10 14-week-old normal Wistar-kyoto(WKY) rats were used as negative control and 32 14-week-old spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR) were divided into 4 groups at random, measuring blood pressure(BP) from tail artery and left ventricular mass index(LVMI) and angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ) expression in plasma and part of myocardium of SHR by using radio-immunity.Results Compound Qishao Jiangya tablet can descend the BP,LVMI and AngⅡ expression in plasma and myocardium of SHR.Conclusion Compound Qishao Jiangya tablet might effectively descend the BP and reverse the LVH of SHR.The effect of Compound Qishao Jiangya tablet on anti-hypertrophy and depressurization was associated with descending AngⅡ,moreover closely associated with inhibiting the metabolism of renin-angiotensin system(RAS).
