摘　　要：给出合同状态的定义和合同状态的数学描述方法,通过对合同状态变化本质的研究揭示了合同执行的机理,建立了工程合同状态控制模型,给出了索赔机会识别和索赔定量分析计算的方法。Firstly, we elicited the definition of engineering contract status and a method of describing the status, and then the contract executing mechanism was opened out based on the contract status. Secondly, an engineering contract status (control) model was established. Finally, the methods of identifying the opportunity of claims were discussed, and the method of ascertaining the amount of contract claims was offered.
