摘  要:目的观察益气健脾法对D半乳糖(Dgal)所致脑老化小鼠学习记忆功能及大脑神经元的影响。方法采用Dgal复制衰老及脑老化小鼠模型。以Morris水迷宫测试小鼠学习记忆功能;流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡百分率;病理图文分析系统检测大脑皮质及海马神经元密度。结果益气健脾法能明显改善脑老化小鼠的学习记忆能力(P<001)、抑制神经细胞凋亡(P<001)和大脑皮质神经元密度的下降(P<001),对海马神经元密度的作用不显著(P>005)。结论抑制脑老化小鼠神经元过度凋亡、维护大脑皮质神经元密度的神经元保护作用,可能是益气健脾法改善学习记忆能力障碍的机制之一。Objective To observe the effect of replenishing qi to invigorate spleen method on learning and memory ability and cerebral neure in mice with encephalon aging induced by D-galactose(D-gal). Methods The model of mice with encephalon aging was made by D-gal. The learning and memory ability of mice was determined by Morris water maze. The percentage of apoptosis cells was detected by flow cytometry. Neure density in cerebral cortex and hippocampi was analyzed with pathological graphics context analysis system. Results Method of replenishing qi to invigorate spleen significantly improved the learning and memory ability of mice with encephalon aging (P<0.01), inhibited the apoptosis of neural cells (P<0.01) and the decrease of neural density in cortex (P<0.01), had no significant effect on neural density in hippocampi (P>0.05). Conclusions Method of replenishing qi to invigorate spleen might improve the learning and memory ability of the aging mice through inhibiting neural overapoptosis and keeping the neural protective function of neural density in cortex.
