摘  要:目的观察黄芩煎剂的抗脂质过氧化作用及其对四氯化碳(CCl4 )致大鼠急性肝损伤的保护。方法通过离体大鼠肝组织匀浆实验和活体动物注射CCl4 致大鼠急性肝损伤与黄芩煎剂的应用,检测肝匀浆丙二醛(MDA)含量和血液超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、总抗氧化能力及MDA含量变化。结果黄芩煎剂能显著抑制大鼠肝组织匀浆MDA的生成,使CCl4 肝损伤动物血液MDA含量降低和总抗氧化能力及SOD活性显著增高。结论黄芩煎剂的护肝作用机理是抑制CCl诱发组织细胞脂质过氧化反应。Objective To investigate the anti-lipoperoxidation effect of Huangqin elixation and the liver-injury by perchlormethane in rats. Methods The experiment with homogenate of isolated rat's liver tissue was used to study the liver-injury induced by CCl 4 and the portective effcet of Huangqin elixation on it.The MDA in homogenate,and the SOD activity,total antioxydation ability and MDA content in blood were detected to express the efficacy. Results Huangqin elixation could obviously inhibit the generation of MDA in the rat liver tissue homogenate.The MDA content decreased in rat's serum after the liver-injury by CCl 4. The total antioxidation abilities and the SOD activity were obviously improved. Conclusion The mechanism of protective action of Huangqin elixation to the liver is related to inhibiting the CCl 4-induced lipid peroxidation in histiocyte.
