摘 要:目的 使用逻辑质方法探讨SARS患者T细胞亚群数量变化特征 ;方法 从已知的关于SARS患者T细胞亚群样本数据 ,作逻辑质分析 ;从正与反命题判断正常人与SARS患者的外周血单个核细胞 (PBMC)T细胞亚群CD+ 3 ,CD+ 4 ,CD+ 8检测结果的差异性 ;结果 SARS患者T细胞亚群数量与正常人有显著逻辑差异〔(t>4 .6 71,P <0 .0 5 ;t <2 .336 ,P >0 .0 5 )和 (t<1.92 7,P >0 .0 5 ;t>4 .6 90 ,P <0 .0 5 )〕 ;结论 SARS患者的T细胞亚群数量与正常人的有显著逻辑差异。The changes in T cell subgroup counts in SARS patients were investigated by logical qualitative analysis.The T cell subgroup CD^+_3、CD^+_4、CD^+_8 T cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC)in SARS patients and normal individuals were analyzed by logical qualitative studies,and its positive or negative proposition was tested in logical t 1-4 indexes.It was found that there were significantly different counts of Tcell subsets between SARS patients and normal individuals[(t>4.671,P<0.05;t<2.336,P>0.05)and(t>4.690,P<0.05;t<1.927,P>0.05)].It concludes that there is logical different counts of T cell subsets between SARS patients and normal individuals.
