摘 要:目的 对α -三噻吩 (α -T)作用后的白纹伊蚊幼虫进行形态学观察 ,以进一步探讨α -T对蚊幼虫的毒杀作用机制。方法 对不同浓度α -T处理后的蚊幼虫用组织化学的方法进行光镜观察。结果 实验组蚊幼虫中肠细胞出现空泡 ,伸长 ,破坏 ;脂肪体细胞轮廓不清 ,被红染的小滴填充 ,棕色颗粒增多 ;马氏管管腔狭窄 ,形状不规则 ,胞内蓝色颗粒变浅增多。结论 α -T的主要作用靶器官包括中肠、脂肪体、马氏管 ,其主要作用方式包括触杀、胃毒等。经α -T和近紫外光 (UVA)To pursue the possible effect of α-terthienyl (α-T) for the toxic effects on Aedes albopictus larvae,the content variations of midgut, malpighian tubules and fat bodies between the experimental group treated with different concentrations of α-T and ultraviolet irradiation(UVA) and the control group without treatment were observed by histochemical technique.It was shown that the histochemical changes in the experimental group was quite evident,in which the mid-intestinal cells were found to be vacuolar, elongated and falling apart, and the fat body cells became indistinct.Red globules were found and brown granules increased in fat body cytoplasms.Blue granules in the cytoplasms of malpighian tubules became lighter with increase of numbers. It is concluded that the main targets of damages in Aedes albopicius larvae induced by α-T are mid-gut, malpighian tubules and fat bodies, and the death of the larvae treated with α-T and UVA is due to the damages induced in multiple cell apparatus.
